At Campzone Outdoor, we offer the following delivery and collection options!
1. In-Store Pickup
Shipping Fee: FREE for all orders (no minimum spend required).
Process: Once your order is placed, you can head directly to our retail store during business hours to collect your items. Please note that no further pickup notification will be sent.
Store Address: 11/F, On Lee Building, 545 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon (Right outside Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, Exit A1).
Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Customers can select to pick up their orders at our retail store within ten (10) days at the time of purchase. If you need to delay your pickup, please notify us in advance. If no notification is received and the items are not picked up after three (3) months, the order will be canceled and treated as an abandoned order. No pickups will be permitted thereafter, and the Company will not refund any payments.
2. SF Express
- Free Shipping Offer: Free pickup at SF locations or home delivery on orders over HKD 400.
- Order Cut-off Time: Monday to Friday, the daily cut-off time is 1:00 PM. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped on the same day.
- Shipping Schedule: No shipments will be arranged on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Note: The above schedule excludes public holidays. If you have an urgent order, please inquire with us first.
- Delivery Time: Items are expected to arrive within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch (delivery times for regions outside Hong Kong may vary). For actual delivery status, please refer to the official SF Express website.
