Q: Are the items in stock? Is the online inventory synchronized with the retail store?
A: Yes, our website and retail store inventories are fully synchronized. As long as you can add an item to your cart and place an order online, it is in stock.
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes. All the products we sell are sourced directly from official brand boutiques, authorized distributors, or manufacturers. We guarantee that 100% of our products are genuine.
Q: Does Campzone Outdoor have a physical store?

Q: Do you offer in-person meetups at MTR stations for order pickups?
A: We currently do not offer MTR station pickup services. You are more than welcome to visit and shop directly at our retail store.
Q: If I order online, how long will it take to receive my items?
A: Once your order is placed, we will ship it out as quickly as possible within 2 working days. If you need an urgent rush delivery, please notify us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on the situation. Once shipped via SF Express, it usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive.
Q: How are shipping fees calculated?
A: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight or volume of the products and will be displayed at checkout.
However, don't worry—we offer free shipping on most orders over $400 HKD. A small number of specifically marked items are excluded from free shipping; for those items, delivery fees will apply according to the courier's standard rates.
